Hummus (V): Red pepper & Garlic hummus served with pita / melba toast
Quinoa Salad (V) : Quinoa with chick peas, cucumber, red bell pepper, chopped onion & parsley
Seafood Mix Ceviche: Medley of fresh fish, shellfish, cooked in citrus juices
Chicken Satay: Skewered grilled chicken breast, drizzled with a mild satay sauce
Mains
Grilled Salmon: Grilled Filet of Salmon topped with a chive cream sauce served with mashed potatoes & candied carrots
Grilled Pork Tenderloin: Medallions of grilled pork tenderloin, oven roasted potatoes, fried plantain and finished with a mango puree
Stuffed Chicken Breast: Plump chicken breast stuffed with spinach, feta & mushrooms, jasmine rice and steamed broccoli
Thai Green Vegetable Curry (V): Medley of fresh garden vegetables mixed with garbanzo beans, mushrooms & peas sautéed in a Thai Green Curry sauce
Vegetable Stir Fry (V): Carrots, Cabbage, Broccoli, Red Beans & Spinach stir fried with ginger and sesame oil

Cancellation made 7 days before booked date will be subject to 50% charge of package price.
Cancellation made within 48 hours of booked date will be subject 100% charge of package price.
Postponement permitted due to Covid restrictions and severe weather conditions. US$200 reschedule fee will apply per date change made within 48 hours.
